What types of loans do you offer?
We offer two different types of installment loans: paycheck deductions and bank deductions. Please call us at 800.618.6576 for more information about our loans and which one is right for you.
What states do you lend in?
USA Web Cash currently services Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin. However, we can help source a loan for you in all 50 states!
Is USA Web Cash an offshore company?
Unlike many of our competitors, USA Web Cash is 100% based in the United States. We are fully licensed in all of the states for which we fund loans. For more information about our licensing, please click here.
What are your hours?
We are available to assist you Monday—Friday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. (CST) and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. (CST).
How can I find a USA Web Cash storefront location?

What is an installment loan?
Installment loans allow you to make equal, manageable payments over a series of weeks or months. Our installment loans pay down a portion of the principal balance and interest with each payment. You only pay interest for the time you keep your loan, and there are no prepayment penalties. Our goal is to help you repay your loan and keep you out of the cycle of debt.
What is the difference between an installment loan and a payday loan?
Installment loans are a safer alternative to traditional cash advances. Rather than having to repay your entire loan—plus fees and interest—on your next due date, installment loans allow you to customize your payment schedule. It is easy to get dragged into a cycle of high interest and fees. At USAWebCash, we consider ourselves the alternative to predatory lenders.
APPLICATION PROCESS
What are the requirements for getting a loan?
Loan requirements vary by state and type of loan. However, some of the basic requirements include being at least 18 years of age, having an open and active banking account and having a monthly income of at least $1,000 after taxes.
I have poor credit. Can I still qualify for a loan?
No credit? No problem! USA Web Cash does not run traditional credit checks. Our loans are not based on your credit, but on several other factors. So, even if your credit is less than perfect, you may still be eligible for a loan.
How much money can I get?
USA Web Cash offers loans up to $4,000.* The amount of money you are able to receive depends on several factors. We are not able to determine how much money you are able to receive until you submit an application.
Do I need a bank account to get a loan from USA Web Cash?
At this time, we require all of our customers to have an open and active bank account.
What materials do I need to complete the application process?
You will need your banking and income information to complete the loan application. Once your application is submitted, you may need to fax or email in additional documents.* You will be notified if additional documents are required.
Is this application safe? What happens to my information?
Our application and customer database are 100% safe and secure. USA Web Cash will never share your banking information with anyone.
How long does the approval process take?
You will be pre-approved for a loan within minutes of submitting an application. We can usually reach a final decision the same day or the following day, depending on when we receive your documents and/or complete banking and employment verification.
How can I check the status of my loan?
You can check your loan status at any time by logging into your USA Web Cash account at the top of the page.
How do I know if I have been approved?
Once you have been approved for a loan, you will be notified via email.
Why was my application denied?

Why was I approved for less money than I applied for?
Your approved loan amount is based on your several factors. In addition, most states have minimum and maximum loan amounts regulated by state laws. Please refer to our Terms & Rates for more information. Keep in mind that as you make successful payments on your installment loan, you will become eligible for larger loans.*
When will I receive my funds?
If your loan is approved and finalized by 5 p.m. CST, you will receive the funds as early as your bank’s next business day. Please be aware that some banks may take up to 48 hours to post your funds.
LOAN PAYMENT
How much will my payments be?
Your payments are based on your loan amount and your payment schedule. Generally, biweekly payments will be under $100.
What are my repayment options?
We want your loan payment schedule to be manageable and tailored to your cash flow. USA Web Cash customizes your repayment, creating a schedule that makes sense for you. Your loan payments can be set up voluntarily through your bank account or by voluntary paycheck deduction, and we also accept payment via credit card, cashier’s check or money order.
Once I repay my loan, how soon can I get another loan?
This depends on your state’s laws and the type of loan you receive. Typically, you must wait two (2) business days before opening a new loan. Please refer to our Terms & Rates for more information.
Can I pay back my loan early?
Absolutely! We do not have prepayment penalties on any of the loans we offer.
What if I can’t repay my loan on the due date?
We want to make your payment schedule convenient for you. The easiest way to avoid missing a payment is by scheduling automatic electronic payments from your checking account. If you do make a late payment, skip a payment or your payment is returned, you may incur additional fees. If you are unable to make your scheduled payment, you should contact our Collections Department at 224.636.5020 as soon as possible and we will work with you to reach a viable solution.
If my payday falls on a weekend or holiday, when will my payment be deducted?
If your payday happens to fall on a weekend or holiday, your loan payment will always be deducted on the following banking day.

If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the forgot password link on the customer login page.
How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password for any reason, you can do so by clicking “Change My Password” on the left-hand menu in your USA Web Cash account.
How can I update my account information?
You can update any of your contact information by logging in to your USA Web Cash account and clicking “Edit My Profile” on the left-hand menu. To make changes to your banking information, please call a representative at 800.618.6576.
