Customer Service Representative
Our sales personnel provide prompt, friendly and professional service to current and prospective customers over the phone. Responsibilities include processing loan applications, managing inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting customer issues, and generally providing assistance to customers throughout the loan process. While our business is financial in nature, the position is heavily sales-based and our salespeople come from many different backgrounds.
