Collections Support Representative

Collections Support Representatives play a key role receiving or making outbound calls to negotiate settlements or secure payment arrangements with customers who are past due on their account, with the purpose of bringing their accounts current. Responsibilities include locating and notifying customers by phone and email in order to solicit payment, advising them of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment, and negotiating terms of possible modification to sustain good standing.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of collections experience preferred, but we will train the right person without a collections background
